DataSinking

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DataSinking (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DataSinking provides full-text financial reports of China A-share listed companies as structured Markdown, delivered through a REST API. Documents are sourced from official disclosure platforms (including cninfo.com.cn) and processed into a machine-readable format.

3. Accounts and API Keys

Access to the Service requires an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity that occurs under your key. You may not share, resell, or transfer your API key to third parties. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees and Payment

Payment for the Service is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Paddle's terms and the applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Paddle issues the receipt for your purchase.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the checkout or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free access remains subject to the free plan's rate limits and daily quota.

6. Refunds

Because API access is delivered immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. If your API key is defective or you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) redistribute or resell the Service or its content on a standalone basis; (b) circumvent rate limits or authentication; (c) use the Service to violate any applicable law; or (d) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The underlying financial reports are public disclosures of the respective companies and remain subject to their original terms. The Service's processing, formatting, and software are owned by DataSinking. Your paid access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your own analysis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataSinking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
